Free Survey and Confirmed Pricing
We assess your move before confirming the quotation. The free survey can be completed at your property or using photos and video.
Once the scope is agreed, the confirmed price covers that scope, so there are no surprise charges on moving day. If you later add items or services, we will confirm any price change with you first.

Moving Boxes

Protective wrapping is included for the items covered by your quotation. Our team carefully wraps, loads and unloads the agreed items.
Dismantling and reassembly are available when required and are priced separately, with the cost agreed before moving day.

Damage Reporting and Claims
If you notice damage, report it to the moving team immediately, before they leave the location.
Every claim is assessed case by case. Compensation may be provided up to the value of the damaged item, with no overall claim limit.

If your move also requires dismantling, reassembly, furniture disposal or storage, tell us during the survey.
We will include the agreed services and pricing in your quotation before the move.
